dop∃mine (dop3mine) is the creative lab of <jag/>, run by Jorge Alberto Gutiérrez from Cozumel, Quintana Roo, Mexico. By using this site you accept these terms.

What it is for

This site shows my work and how to hire me. Nothing on it is an offer or a quote: the scope, price and terms of each project are agreed in writing before it starts.

Intellectual property

The dop∃mine name and wordmark, the ∃ and O_o marks, the molecule artwork, and this site's text and code are mine; don't reuse them without written permission. The client names, sites, logos and trademarks in the Work section belong to their owners and appear here only to document work I did.

Screenshots and links

Each screenshot shows a site as it was on the capture date next to it; the live site may have changed since. Links to client and third-party sites are for reference; their content and policies belong to their owners.

No warranty

I keep this site accurate and working, but it is provided as is, without any guarantee that it is complete, error-free or always available. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for damages arising from its use.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico.

Para qué es

Este sitio muestra mi trabajo y cómo contratarme. Nada de lo que aparece aquí es una oferta ni una cotización: el alcance, el precio y las condiciones de cada proyecto se acuerdan por escrito antes de empezar.

Propiedad intelectual

El nombre y el logotipo de dop∃mine, las marcas ∃ y O_o, la ilustración de la molécula, y los textos y el código de este sitio son míos; no los reutilices sin permiso por escrito. Los nombres, sitios, logotipos y marcas de clientes en la sección de trabajo pertenecen a sus dueños y aparecen aquí solo para documentar trabajo que hice.

Capturas y enlaces

Cada captura muestra un sitio como estaba en la fecha indicada junto a ella; el sitio en línea puede haber cambiado desde entonces. Los enlaces a sitios de clientes y de terceros son de referencia; su contenido y sus políticas son de sus dueños.
